Change, for better... or for best!

Change, for better... or for best!

Perception is key, and our outlook is a key aspect of realized opportunity.

We can’t change the world unless we change ourselves, and we can’t change ourselves unless we change our scope. When we turn our perception, we open doors where change is either for the better… or for the best.

WHAT DO YOU SEE is your biggest opportunity to realize? A big reason why we don’t realize as many opportunities as we can is because of outlook, and because of expectations that we might set for ourselves. If we truly look at each obstacle as just that -an obstacle-, well, that’s what it’s going to be. We will continue to dread adversity and opportunity ceases. Seek the positive aspects of adversity, and opportunity increases.

Changing our outlook consciously and constantly:

When we turn our perception, we open doors where change is either for better or for best. The only limitations we have are the ones we place ourselves; --we can’t change the world unless we change ourselves, and we can’t change ourselves unless we change our scope.--

The scope has been changed, providing solar lanterns for opportunity is a massive opportunity realized. Disadvantaged households are able to take their positive outlook on life and development, take their yearning desire to prosper, and use a simple tool now accessible to open doors where change is either for better, or for best.

The scope has been changed, Omushana is a simple solution to a complex problem not because we saw the situation as overtly complex, but because we saw the problem as a larger being cultivated by marginal effects. We tap, tap, tap at the marginal effects, house after house is provided with a lantern, and entire village has light, entire villages have light, you’ve soon lit the entire region as you move to provide for an entire developing nation. Those small changes created a massive impact.

The scope has been changed, you believe in yourself and your impact. Knowing that now the opportunity to make a massive impact for a most disadvantaged household over 7,000 miles away - is now only a click away, has changed the way we look at the world and changed how small steps creates massive change. We all have the opportunity to help others, those whom we don’t even know, but could benefit substantially from support. Humanity is the nation that we are all able to have pride for. Omushana is the opportunity to realize a desire to help by contributing to a tool for development.
The most effective way to do it, is to do it. -Amelia Earhart
The most effective way to do it, is to do it. Being effective means taking the steps that you’re telling yourself is too out of reach or impossible to make. You have to just do it -as cliché as that sounds!- (the only limitations that we have are the ones we set for ourselves), we are capable of much more than what we may convince ourselves otherwise. The greatest accolades or successes or turning points in recorded history were possible and effective not because the end goal was clear, but because the end goal was felt and that feeling alone created that end goal. We are capable of turning the little things into massive change, and that starts by changing ourselves by changing our scope.

-We create our own realities and are capable of great things at that.-
