Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Replacements Policy

Omushana does not have a return or exchange process at the moment, however refunds and replacements are offered for orders on a case-by-case basis, based on genuine concerns of unlikely scenarios. If any issue is found with an order, contact us within 15 days of the delivery received date with the order number and an explanation of the issue found, while indicating the desirable resolution of refund or otherwise replacement.
